We are very prompt about fixing any problems with our software.
We provide technical support for demo copies via email, fax and online help on
an "as-available" basis. In general we do our best to answer all such requests within one business day.
No serial number is needed for demo mode, but we'd like to hear from where you downloaded
the demo software.

If you need expedited phone support, rate(s) are 5 incidents for $250 or $75 per incident.
We understand from time to time that unintentional defects are uncovered. We regret this
as much as you do. So if the discussion involves a defect in the program, there is no
charge for this. Also, you can contact the vendor you purchased the product from as they
may have a better phone support plan for you.
Remember that fax, email, online FAQ's and online line help are free no matter what version you have.
How to get your license:
After payment for Drill-Down Tally is secured, we will license your computer
to remove the demo limitations and give you full product functionality to your edition.
Click menu option [Help] [About], then click button [Settings].
You'll see a number in the lower left hand corner of the screen as the following example.
License Key for: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Where xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is the serial number needed
so we can provide you with a key to unlock the demo version to a full licensed edition
version with no limitations.
To make it easier:
1. you can highlight it
2. copy it to the clipboard
3. then paste it into an email message to us.
Also supply us your company name, contact information and where you purchased
the product so we can validate your secured payment. We Will promptly release the product
key for your computer so you can enjoy the many benefits Drill-Down Tally has to offer
in an expedited fashion.
Refund/Return Policy: IntelliRel gives you an unlimited demo period to try
out our software for FREE with your own data.
After you decide to purchase and a license key is released
to you or you receive taining, there is no return of funds.
Most companies only give you 30 days to "try it before you buy it".
But our demo version time frame is unlimited. So you can thoroughly test
Drill-Down Tally out before you buy it.
