A: You must first open the file with Microsoft Excel before you setup a password protected Excel file. This is a

can export your data to Microsoft Excel and setup a gateway file to the exported Excel file.
Q: I'm receiving error -2147417848 during the print preview?
A: Your computer has an incompatible version of an embedded control used to display the
print preview report. You can email us at
ddtally_support@intellirel.com
and we will explain your options to fix the problem.
Q: Can I distribute Drill-Down Tally as an embedded component within my application?
A: No, Drill-Down Tally is currently designed as a stand-alone product for end-users to design
their own ad-hoc reports. Drill-Down Tally's FlexMart is designed to distribute a set of data, not
a set of reports. This way the receiving party can design as many reports as they want from this data.
Q: What to do about a 3633 Can't load DLL: MSJET35.DLL error?
Q: Field 'App.AppSecMDWTestValue' cannot be a zero-length string.?
A: When setting up a Microsoft Access.mdb you get the error
Field 'App.AppSecMDWTestValue' cannot be a zero-length string. This is a bug fixed in build number 107.
Anyone with build number 100 through 106 should download the updated release.
Q: Why does it read "Demo Mode: 10 random records(s) deleted" after I filter my data?
A: The demo mode has two features that are crippled up to build number
105. You can not save your reports and we remove 10 random records from
your filtered recordset.
Your records are not deleted from your database. The records are only removed
from the filtered data, not your database. We regret if we
caused anyone any undue panic. It was not our intent to do so. We apologize
to anyone who took this badly worded message the wrong way.
We are changing the way the demo edition works. Build number 106
will only have one feature crippled. You will be able to save your reports in demo mode.
The new release will no longer remove records from your filtered recordset. You will now have
all records included, but a 'x' or '-9' will replace some values on the report.
When you purchase a license you have full functionality and access to all values
on your printed reports.
